Degree Certificate Legalization from Saudi Arabia Embassy or Saudi Arabia Consulate, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata could be completed as per the following process,

Firstly the Degree Certificate, which to be legalized from Saudi Arabia Embassy or Consulate present in India, will be attested from the Regional Attestation Department (RAC), General Administrative Department (GAD) of the Respective State. Secondly the Degree Certificate will be attested from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi. Finally the Degree Certificate will be legalized from Saudi Arabia Embassy or Saudi Arabia Consulate present in India.

It is not mandatory to attest the Degree Certificate from General Administrative Department (GAD), Regional Attestation Center (RAC) from the respective state prior to the Saudi Arabia Embassy or Saudi Arabia Consulate Legalization as there are some another way of attestation is available and the process is described ad under. Point to be noted that the attestation of General Administrative Department (GAD), Regional Attestation Center (RAC) from the respective state is one of the option not the compulsion prior to Saudi Arabia Embassy or Saudi Arabia Consulate Legalization.

We require the following documents:
1. Original Authenticated Degree Certificate which to be Attested (Must be Authenticated by state level)
2. All original Mark Sheets of the Degree course
3. Original Job Offer Letter duly attested from Chambers of Commerce and the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of Saudi Arabia, (KSA)
4. Offer letter /Contract should not be more than six months old
5. Photocopy of passport (1st and last page)
6. Photocopy of visa
7. Iqama Color Copy (If you live in Saudi Arabia KSA)

Note: The mentioned process Degree Certificate Legalization from Saudi Arabia Embassy or Saudi Arabia Consulate is only applicable on the Indian Degree Certificate only.
